Homemade Chocolates
This Christmas give your loved ones some creative homemade chocolates with assorted dry fruits and sprinkles, without molds.

We make chocolates at home for few reasons. First we can customize and decorate according to our taste. We can include different combinations. These are cheaper than the store bought.

I have seen a lot of chocolates being made with molds and given a lovely shape. This time around i thought let me not use molds and make them simple random cut bars. On black friday like everybody i had gone for shopping and in that one of the shops i saw this random cut chocolate bars. This is where i got the idea of not using molds.

I have also added colorful sprinkles and some dry fruits. To make this chocolate more attractive. This is the best, easy and cheap give away sweet on any occasions. You could even add liquor, vanilla or peppermint extract while melting the chocolate if you like the taste.

In SALMAN KHAN's(Bigg Boss) style do whatever you want to do. Ya its true you can do a lot with these homemade chocolates and in endless number f ways.

So lets proceed step by step for making Homemade Chocolates

Ingredients we require for making homemade chocolate are dry fruits, sprinkles, dark chocolate, white chocolate, chocos powder and chocos.

Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and in double boiler or microwave melt the white chocolate. Continuously keep stirring till the chocolate is completely melted.

While melting white chocolate add some chocos powder. Adding chocos powder is optional. I have just added for nice flavor.

On a silver foil add dry fruits and pour the melted chocolate and tap tap to make a thin layer of chocolate. Add some sprinkles and allow it cool for 20 minutes.

Now melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.

After the chocolate is completely melted add some chocos pieces in the melted chocolate.

Add some dry fruits on the foil

Pour the melted dark chocolate over dry fruits and tap the plate to spread the chocolate evenly. Allow the chocolates to cool for 20 minutes.

Break them into uneven random bars/pieces.

Put the chocolates in a jar or transparent plastic bag. Decorate with a ribbon and send it to your loved ones.
