A warm, instant and egg less chocolate pudding, a perfect mid night chocolaty craving.

People with sweet tooth like me always think about dessert all the time. Especially chocolate, can eat anything made of chocolate flavor. But mid night chocolate cravings are difficult to satisfy. We feel lazy to make desserts because they are time consuming.

That's when i started looking for some quick and easy desserts. The first one i tried to make was hot brownie with ice cream and now warm chocolate pudding.

Chocolate Pudding is a perfect dessert for mid night chilly winters. I remember I and my friend use to make pasta in white sauce for dinner. on friday nights. Then watch movies till late night and when we got hungry, we use to make this chocolate pudding. We always loved this Chocolate Pudding warm. However you can even serve it chilled also.

So lets proceed step by step for making Chocolate Pudding

In a bowl add corn starch and coca powder

Add 2 tablespoon milk(at room temperature) and mix well with a fork.

Dont worry if there any balls because we are going to strain the mixture

In a deep bottom vessel add rest of the milk, sugar & vanilla essence and just warm it. Do not bring the milk to boil.

Strain the paste we prepared directly into the warm milk

Again switch on the stove and stir on medium flame

When the sauce starts to thicken your chocolate pudding will be ready. You can adjust the consistency of the sauce according to your wish.

Also taste the sweetness of the pudding. You can adjust according to taste.

Serve the chocolate pudding warm or chilled.


RECIPE OF CHOCOLATE PUDDING
Flavored multi-layer Indian flat bread with fresh mint leaves and spices

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Coca Powder
  • 2 tablespoon + 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4th cup Sugar
  • 1/4th tablespoon Vanilla Essence

INSTRUCTIONS
