Recipe Of Mango Malai Masti | How to Make Mango Malai Milkshake

Unknown | Friday, May 09, 2014 |
With the arrival of mothers day thought of making something nice for both my adorable mothers (my mom and my mother in law) and for mothers around the world. As the days are getting really hot the best way to pamper yourself is a nice refreshing drink. The season of mangoes is around and it is everybody's favourite fruit so lets celebrate with Mango Malai Masti. The name itself makes your mouth water. After running behind your kids all day, refresh yourself with this great drink. After all mango is called the king of all fruits for some very good reasons. I enjoy this milkshake in every mango season so thought of sharing the recipe. So lets proceed step by step.

This recipe is very quick and easy. To make this Mango Shake you require very good quality mangoes. Alphonso mangoes are the best. The mangoes have to be slightly soft and have a great sweet fruity smell.  This is a basket full of delicious ripe mangoes. Please don't select mangoes by colour because the colour doesn't decide the ripeness of mangoes.

Ingredients required for the Mango Malai Masti are very few and easily available in the house. All you need is mangoes, milk, fresh cream and little sugar.
Wash and Peel the mangoes. Cut them into small chunks and place them into juicer. Whizz it for a minute and then add water, milk, sugar and malai. Again turn for 1 minute and Mango Malai Masti is ready.
Pour it in a chilled glass and enjoy.
