No this picture is not from any coffee shop. It is of the cold coffee with vanilla ice cream that I made yesterday. Yes you can enjoy this yummy looking cold coffee with ice cream and chocolate at home without putting a hole in your pocket. And its easy too. You require very few ingredients which you can buy once and enjoy this great looking coffee whenever you like. No need to worry now about what to make when your most important guests arrive. This rich looking cold coffee is all you need for that sophisticated welcome. So lets proceed step by step.

To make this Cold Coffee with Vanilla Ice Cream you require 6 ingredients. Coffee powder, sugar, chilled milk, vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate and chocolate sauce.

 
In a bowl pour 3/4th glass of chilled milk and add coffee powder & sugar and blend it with a hand blender for about 3 minutes


Now add little chocolate sauce and mix well.


In a chilled glass coat the sides with the chocolate sauce in a pattern. Add 4-5 ice cubes to the glass if you like your coffee extra chilled. Now pour the cold coffee.


Now place the scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the cold coffee. Garnish it with grated dark chocolate.

 
Cold Coffee with Vanilla Ice Cream is ready. Serve your guests or enjoy while surfing. 

 

RECIPE OF COLD COFFEE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM
Cold Coffee with Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4th glass Chilled Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Coffee Powder
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Dark Chocolate
  • 4-5 Ice Cubes (Optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add Coffee powder & sugar and blend with a hand blender for 3 minutes.
  2. Now add 2 drops of chocolate sauce and mix well.
  3. In a chilled glass coat the sides in a pattern with remaining chocolate sauce.
  4. Add 4-5 ice cubes to the glass if you like your coffee extra chilled (Optional).
  5. Now pour the blended cold coffee in the glass.
  6. Place the vanilla ice cream scoop on top of cold coffee.
  7. Grate some dark chocolate over the ice cream scoop.
