We Indians are very fond of Chutney's. We use it as a dip and require it for many dishes. With each dish there is a different type of chutney. This particular chutney is very famous in Rajkot in Gujarat. Its eaten with chips,
Farali Pattice and Aloo Paratha. It is very spicy and a little sour. This chutney is very useful when coriander or mint leaves are not available at home but you still require the chutney. It also tastes great with sandwiches. So let us proceed step by step.
In a grinder grind the green chillies, peanuts and salt to a fine paste.
Add turmeric powder and lemon juice and little water and grind it once again. Spicy Chutney is ready.
